About Amal

Acro Dance Mastery (ADM) is a UK-based syllabus and teacher training programme created by Amal Fawzi, founder of Expressive Arts Academy. Combining technical acrobatics with artistry and performance, ADM offers a clear progression from preschool to advanced levels, designed to keep students safe while developing flexibility, strength, tumbling, balances, and creativity.

Amal began her training at ArtsEd Tring, before expanding her expertise through gymnastics and acrobatics. She holds a Women’s Artistic Gymnastics qualification, is a certified Acropad teacher, and has taught at some of the UK’s biggest conventions including MOVE IT and Can You Dance?. Amal has also worked with leading dance schools and The Dance Club, developing a teaching style that bridges artistry with athletic precision.

Students training under ADM have become four-time World Acro Champions, with many going on to perform and train internationally.

Beyond syllabus training, ADM also offers workshops for studios across the UK and abroad, plus an Associates Programme that gives dedicated young dancers access to elite training, masterclasses, and performance opportunities.

Our mission is simple: to raise the standard of Acro Dance training worldwide, ensuring every dancer learns “Acro done right.”

Workshops

Tailored workshops for studios, colleges and dance schools across the UK and abroad. Each session builds strength, flexibility, tumbling skills, balances and performance quality always with a safe progressive technique.

Associates Programme

This programme is for dedicated young dancers who want to push their training. This runs September-June once a month where dancers experience elite coaching, masterclasses and creative development.

Associates gain focused skills, experience guest teachers, gain performance opportunities and are a part of a motivated community.
